Unknown devices

So today someone added two offline devices to my account and added two playlists. I deleted the devices and the playlists and changed my password.

My questions: Is it possible to lock my account to the devices I use (kind of like what outlook has)? Is it possible for Spotify to track down the person(s) who gained access to my account? Is it possible to see recent activity on the account somewhere?

Hey @DukeTwicep, thanks for posting!

As far as I know it's not possible to track down where the devices came from, but you can use the "sign out everywhere" button at the bottom of this page to make sure no one else has access to your account.

Sure, I did that. I just wanted to make sure it never happens again. But I guess a strong password will have to do. Thanks for the quick reply!
