Unknown songs getting saved?

For some reason, last weekend i noticed about 60+ kpop songs had been saved to my spotify. I deleted them all, yet today they all reappeared. I don't share my account with anyone. What could be causing this

Are you the only one with access to it? Check that your email address is correct in your profile page (not been altered by someone else) and change the password to a more secure one.

Then, there is option to sign out from all devices in your account's main control panel (at the very bottom).
