Unkown Device on my Account

Hello,

While I was listening to music via Spotify today, someone kept interrupting my music, and started playing different songs. When I checked the linked devices, there was a PlayStation linked to my account named PS4-617. I do not own a Playstation. I've already changed my password and signed out everywhere manually, but the problem seems to persist. My account page also indicates no linked offline devices. Could you look into this matter?
