Unlimited account payment problem

I have a Unlimited Account for many years now.

A few days ago i didnt have enough money on my paypal, so i recieved the message "we can't extend your account because of payment issue" (or something like that)

I immediately put enough on my paypal again, but i still get the message on spotify "we can't extend...."

Also i can't change my account payment to creditcard, because then i will get an error too. but theres nothing wrong with my creditcard.

Now i dont want to loose my unlimited account, cause then i need to get a premium account and that is way more expensive and i don't know if i can afford that
