Unlimited subscription: Radio service

I've read through the faqs and the comparison charts and various forum posts.  I haven't seen an explicit answer to my question. 

If you're on the unlimited plan, is the radio ad free or ad supported?

There are currently no adverts on any section when using an unlimited account on the desktop client.

Ah, crud.  I forgot to specify that I'm interested in the radio on mobile... 

Do you have any information on that?

Spotify premium is required to use Spotify on any mobile device, that includes radio unless your account is registered in the USA. In the USA, free account holders have access to mobile radio at no cost. As I am not in the US, I'm not sure if it has adverts or not, but I'm assuming not!
