Unlink Facebook and redeem the licence code

I used spotify premium connected with facebook.

I deleted facebook totaly and installes spotify fresh with emailaccount.

The licence code needs to be reset but nobody seems to know how or is willing to cooperate.

Do I need to stop with spotify ?
