Unlink Spotify account from PS4

So I'm trying to link my Spotify account on my PlayStation, but my ex roommate linked her Spotify account on it a long time ago. Now when I try to link my account I am promted with a pop up saying "Spotify Account already linked Switch to the Playstation Network or Sony Network account linked with this Spotify account"

I don't have contact with her and I can't find anyway to unlink her account from my PlayStation account

Hi @Codyretrac!

Have you tried clicking the "Sing out from everywhere" button on your Spotify account page. If that doesn't work, you can also try this link from Playstation.

It's not my Spotify account, it's my PS4 account. I am also unable to ask
the owner of the Spotify account to unlink they account

I cannot. I deleted then redownloaded Spotify on my PS4, followed the
promts to log in, entered my information, then was greater with the
notification screen that I stated before. Spotify for PS4 won't let me log
in because someone else logged in in the past.

Go into Spotify on the PlayStation and navigate up and then to the right where the account icon/picture is. Click on that and go to 'Log out." Then you can log into the new account.

You can also go to this web page to unlink from your computer.
