Unlink email from the old account to be used for a new account

Hello to all! I need help ...

 

Currently I have two accounts on Spotify. I wonder if it is to unlink the e-mail from the old account to be used in the new?

 

- Last year I created a linked account to Facebook and signed the Premium service. The service expired this week and I do not want to use it.

 

- Last week I created a new account on Spotify with your user name, which does not require the affiliation with Facebook. However, had that registers it with my work email, and this can create problems ... Also, today I linked my Facebook to this new account, which did not allow more access the old account (because the user name was a code number, which I still own).

 

I wonder if it is possible to unlink my personal email account from the earliest to be used in the newest account?

 

Also, if possible, delete the oldest account, tied to Facebook, since I will not use it anymore?

 

Remembering that I no longer have access to your old account, because now I linked my Facebook account in the new!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to delete that extra account for you so you can then re use your email address. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
