Unlinked my FB Account so Can't log in Anymore

Back on 2015 i made a Spotify account through facebook.
Earlier this year i made a new spotify account and linked my the same facebook account to the new one I made. (I unlinked the old account by spotifty in the apps section of facebook)

Now, i tried to reset the password of my Old spotify account using the email of my facebook(since it was created w/ that) but it says I cant since it is still linked to my facebook account .. when I use the "Login w/ FB" button it logs me in w/ my new account (ofcourse) The new account was made through email unlike the old one that was made through facebook.
So is there anyway for my old account to be deleted so I can use that email again to make a spotify account (not through facebook). I know some will say make a new email. But that email is my main email and I would like to use it for my premium account.
