Unlinking Spotify (second hand phone regsitered to another account)

Hi My daughter bought a second hand phone from a friend and the phone is registered to another Spotify account. I have Family Spotify and we cant register the phone to our family spotify Can amybody help to resolve this please

Hey @user-removed! Welcome to the community!

That's not cool! To log out of the app, click 'Your Library' in the menu. Then click the cog icon in the upper-right corner, scroll down and tap Log Out. After that you she can log in with her own credentials. Let me know how it goes.
