Unsubscribe/Deactivate Premium Account

Being a good brother, I attached my Debit Card to my Sister's Spotify account and payed for her to receive premium - Yesterday, after a fair few months, I discovered she hadn't used the account for months as she can't remember the Username or Password or Email.

 

I've got a Premium subscription still going out of mya ccount and can't cancel or stop it, Please can someone help me to close, deactivate and ultimately end the subscription for this account?

Spotify Support may be able to help you out. Just contact them through one of the channels:
