Hey @Garbi007,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

It's fake about the e-mail. I unsubscribe again, answer the question and wait. And what? Again nothing, no e-mail!!

Are you sure that you've cancelled your subscription? You may have to give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.

I did it just like you said. No e-mail. I have a notification about our conversation but nothing more.

It seems like you haven't fully completed the cancellation process, that's why you haven't receiving an email. I'd recommend that you try it again.


Note: There are multiple steps for cancelling your subscription so just clicking on "cancel your subcription" will not cancel it right away.
