Hello,

 

I disabled spotify premium on the day the promotion month ended. The problem is that i still payed for the next month. first my account was downgraded for a few days, but after that it went back to premium again. i kept on using spotify this month, but now i would like to cancel my premium subscription (again) so the payments will stop after this month. And there isn't a unsubscribe option.

 

Please let me know if you can help me out, thanks in advance

Hmm.. I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support so they can take a look backstage for you:
