Unsubscribed, immediately turned to free

So I just unsubscribed from Spotify premium, and my account has immediately been turned into Spotify free, while my last payment was only a couple of days ago. Is this normal? I paid for a full month but only recieve premium for a couple of days.

I got the same! I just wrote a complain to them. Its crazy, i just wanted to prevent that next month € 10,00 is being transacted from my bank account, and now my whole new (already paid) premium month is gone. I would like to have my money back too.

Exactly! It doesn't make sense to me at all....

I tried to call them via local phone, but they say the only way to cantact Spotify is trough the helpdesk at www.spotify.com. Just want my money back, or a month Premium.

This is really bad service in my opinion.

Yes, I will keep you informed if I have any news. I agree, this service is pretty bad. My sister had the same issue, but 4 days later (today) it happened to be that she is premium again for the remaining days she has. I hope that's going to be the same to us.

Yep, just saw that I'm premium as well again......

Apparently it just takes Spotify a while to register that you still have some days left after you unsubscribed.
