I can't access my account with my email so I'm being charged monthly for a service I can't use and can't cancel because I can't sign in ???

For your situation, you may need to contact Spotify directly. You will need a new email address or Twitter to get in contact with them. 

 

You can get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link (you won't have to log in with this link) to send an e-mail.

 

If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediately (even if it's from a no-reply e-mail address) to make sure a Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
