Unusual charge

Hi there,

I am o a premium plan of £9.99 monthly, and am billed on the 4th of the month every month. I already paid for September however yesterday there was a payment of £15 towards Spotify? 

Can you please clarify what the payment is for or if it's by accident and how i can get refunded?

Thesame thing also happened to me. Only in my bank account that it shows and it is like 7x the cost of my monthly charges. 😞 will we be able to know for what account in spotify was my card use? It says 26 Sept P0ce599a68. Hope you can help. Thanks
