Unwanted account payments

My dad has an account that he is not aware of where he had unwanted bank transfers the last two months with reference P018F13EAD

Can you please help us out to delete the account and payments

The only trace is the payment reference, all other email adresses he tried have not a premium account, maybe there is an account he's not aware of so how do you stop and locate the account and transaction?
