Update Credit Card

Hi,

My credit card company is in the process of sending me a new card and so Spotify was not able to process my subscription payment. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to keep my subscription active while I am waiting for the new card to come in so I can update my account.

Hey @giorgos_17,

 

Unfortunately not, you'll have to re-subscribe to Premium if you don't receive your new credit card before your next payment date I believe.

Thanks for answering! That's crazy. I used to work for subscription company and it's so easy to give someone a free month of premium, just to retain the customer 😕 I'll be disappointed if this is the case.
