Update my facebook e-mail but spotify didn't update it

As the title says, I changed my e-mail on facebook but the e-mail didn't update on spotify for some reason, I know that other people asked about this on this forum but I couldn't find a solution and I really need one asap 😕

Sometimes it takes a little while to sync. Are you still seeing your old email address in your Spotify profile?

I am having the same issue it still won't sync and it has been a few weeks
