Update my premium to family: where are my new family accounts?

Hi. I've upgraded my premium account with adding 2 family members to it. I was logged in with my account and then added 2 family members. After that I had to pay €0,01 (for activating the payment). This payment was succesfully done using iDeal (dutch). But what now? Noting happend with my account, no new members, no updated payment, no confirmation e-mail. The help pages hinting to my account page and 'family account', but neither do I have that kind of page. The only thing is dat my original premium payment is done monthly by creditcard and de famlily upgrade is payed with iDeal.

 

Please Spotify, what went wrong?
