Update payment failure

Update payment failure

 

My debit card expired so I need to update my payment details, I've tried several different cards and none work, the details are correct there is just a message every time saying it has been unsuccessful.

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Neither of these worked, I've tried 5 different cards with different banks and I get this message every time 

  • Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method

Spotify themselves have been absolutely awful!

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
