My Question or Issue

I have not been able to login to my account through the ap for a few days.  I updated my phone and now it keeps saying that my password and email are not correct.  I am able to login on my laptops.  I have tried reinstalling, resetting my password and even reaching out for help via email.  After going back and forth, they let me try a test account and it worked but I am still unable to login with my personal account.  HELP! I need my playlists for

You can check out the Problems Logging In section of this article to find out whether your account is Facebook-created or Spotify-created. 

 

You can also use this other article to check if your Facebook is connected to a Spotify account of yours. With the steps provided you can find your username on the device you used for logging in to Spotify too.
