I Updated my Spotify Unlimited to Premium 5 days ago. Got charged, but still got Spotify Unlimited...

nope, when I try to loggin through FB , error 404.... 😞

yep I tried already

Seems that my account is now connected to FB though I had register with my email....

I even changed my password  via FB , still not working

still asking for my password and saying it's incorrect

 

That's odd!

 

As Spotify user I suggest now those steps:

 

- Send feedback with details http://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ (username, mail, description of problem).

- Post your contact form number here XXXXXX.

- Wait for response from Spotify employee here.

 

In this steps you can solve problem easily with Spotify staff.

Applevenus - You should have an email from my colleague Richard waiting on you now. 

 

Clamo - Your account is fine from our end. Please try making sure you're completely logged out of the Facebook site and try another Internet browser like hpguru suggested. 

 

Then give it another try from your subscription page

I just upgraded to Premium and neither my macbook nor my iPhone are recognizing the upgrade in subscription.  Please help!

Don't worry - your account has definitely been successfully upgraded. Have you logged out and in since the upgrade?

This will be necessary to get your new status recognised.

Simlar problem.  I have logged in and out, and deleted/reinstalled application and it still thinks I am an unlimited user.

That's strange pcbean, you're definitely on Unlimited in our system.
