Updated credit card but lost my songs

Updated credit card but lost my songs

Hello, I was sent a email saying they could bill my credit card so I updated my account. I now have the free spotify and I was wondering how soon my premium will come back and will my hundreds of songs come back with it?
If not how do I get my songs back? Would hate too lose my playlist.

Hi,

Looking in your account, it doesn't look as if those new card details were added properly. If you try again, it might work more nicely. Just make sure you log in with the username 'kyle_rodrigues'.

Thanks for the reply. I checked the account and my new card is on file. Do I need to re-subscribe to premium? If so would I get my playlist back?

Are you logging into the website with the username 'kyle_rodrigues'? If so, yes, you'll still need to start that subscription. Should only take a minute.
