Updated my Payment options

Updated my Payment options

Today 6-7-16 I went to my spotify account to update my payment options so i can recieve 3months for 9.99 and after i update my payment option- Spotify informs me that it will charge me on 7-7-16- is there anyway i can fix this? the only reason i was going to premeum was for 3 months for 9.99-

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
