Updated payment, country not updated

I've recently moved back to Singapore and tried to change the country settings in my profile from US to Singapore. I have updated the payment method using Paypal linked to a Singapore credit card, and have discovered the following problem

 

1. On the account overview page, my country is still shown as US

2. When I click on Edit Profile, the country shows as Singapore

3. When I try to redeem a code to join a Family account in Singapore, it would not allow me to do so because my account is still a US account

4. My account is a Premium account, paid using a US Spotify Gift Card, valid till 17 March 2017

 

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hey @ghoonkie,

 

The new payment method and country settings will be in effect from your next payment date.

Same problem for me here moving from Germany to New Zealand. Took me ages to find out this answer how I can actually onboard my partner to my family account even updating payment method. Bit crappy user experience following all the steps and then not getting any feedback why it's not working. You guys should work on this!
