I can't update my payment info. A long time ago, I upgrade to a duo account from a free account. A plan manager wasn't assigned and I don't have the option to do that anymore so I also don't have the option to update my payment mentioned in the "Update payment details" article. Can someone help?

The owner of the Premium Duo plan is the one that subscribes and enters the payment details. We can see on the screenshot you sent that you're a member of the plan.
Keep in mind that only the owner can change the payment details, so you'd need to ask the plan's owner to do so. If you want to be the owner, the current owner needs to cancel their subscription and once your accounts are reverted to the free service, you can subscribe to Premium Duo from your own account and invite the other person.
