Upgrade from Premium to Family

Upgrade from Premium to Family

Hi, Im trying to change my subscription fron Premium to Family. My current mode of payment is thru my Postpaid acct. When I tried to subscribe to Family, I dont see the option to pay thru mobile. How do I upgrade and still use the same mode of pament? Thanks.

Hey @Maldeetah,

 

If the payment method that you'd like to use isn't listed on the payment page, then unfortunately it's not possible to use that payment method.
