Upgrade listen to playsit with out wifi?

If I upgrade can I listen to my playlists without being connected to the internet? I am going to a hotel that does not have wifi and I wanted to be able to play music from my list.

If you upgrade to a Premium account, you can do this, yes.  With a premium account, you have the ability to mark a playlist as available offline, so long as it is less than 3,333 songs, and a maximum of three devices.  You can do this with the mobile and desktop versions of the Spotify client.  This feature is not available on either Spotify Free, or Spotify Unlimited - only Premium.
