Upgrade to family

Hello,
 I would like to ask for a help. I am trying to join a family plan, unfortunately It seems I created one by my own and I am wondering how can I exit my family plan(which is empty and actually I am not using) to join the other one to which I am invited. It is not working with the token link. When I open it, it says "Sorry! You're already a member of this (or another) Family plan. Please click below to switch to the account that you want to join to the Family plan."
