Upgrade to new iPhone / "You've already created an account.." error

Hi all,

I upgraded to the new iPhone, whipped my old one and now I try to login to Spotify and I receive the error "Login Failed. You've already created an account with this email address". 

Went to my profile, removed all devices, and it still doesn't work. 

Anyone to help here?

Please try logging in with your username and password instead of your email address and password.

Hi! I'm  having the same problem, but the messages appearing on my iPad mini 4.  I tried your suggestion of using and username and password but the same error notice comes up saying that this email has already been used .  Is there a solution for this? Thank you for your help !

Your username is not your email address. If you've forgot your username, you can check it again at https://spotify.com/account
