Upgrade to premium doesn't work

Hi

If have upgraded to premium and they have charged me 0,99€, but I have no received the email confirmation and my account still appears like free.

I don't know where do I have to submit this issue.

Really sorry to hear about that. Have you checked your Spam folder on your e-mails to see if the e-mail has been placed their?

Yes, I've checked that. 

The fact is I have upgrade my sister account 5 minutes ago and when I paid It appeared the page of "welcome to Spotify premium" and she received the email confirmation, but in my case when I paid and click on "accept" it returned to the payment page to introduce my card number, but I have the charge in my bank account. 

i i am facing the same issue. I have paid for the premium service but i have receive the confirmation email even though i have been charged. In the app it says free account instead premium
