Upgraded, Still Getting Ads

I recently upgraded my spotify subscription to premium. When I play music on my phone, I'm still getting ads. I logged out and logged back in with the username JDRoger, and also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app to no avail.

Are you using the same account? It's possible that you've upgraded a different account. Could you login to your account using that username on a different browser and check the subscription status.

If it does say you're premium, then it may just be delayed and you'll be upgraded on your mobile device 'soon'.
