Upgraded and my playlist disappeared

Hi I just upgraded to Premium and now my playlists have diappeared. I tried going to my account from both my desktop (no lists) and via my tablet and everything is gone. I tried logging on both as my email and then my username. Nothing. Could you please help?

Take a look at this site. Maybe your disappeared playlists are in there and you can recover them. ^^
