I upgraded to Family Premium yesterday, cannot login since then. When I click the link in the E-Mail I got sent I only get this message: "Oh No! Something has gone wrong but don't be sad, you can try again a little bit later"
Does anyone know how to get past this problem?
Were you invited to join an already existing Familky account, or are you paying the plan yourself?
Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.
After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, in there you should be able to manage your Family subscription if you're the one who pays.
