Upgraded, gave my card details, but never got premium, and got charged.

Upgraded, gave my card details, but never got premium, and got charged.

I upgraded from "Free" Spotify to "Premium". I went through the steps, including providing my bank/card details. For some reason, I never got upgraded to Premium after this though, but my account said that it would switch over on the 27/8/2016, so I decided to wait until then. This day came, and still I had not been upgraded to Premium, two days later I was charged by "Spotify Australia PL Surry Hills Aus" $11.99. 

 

It still says on my account that I am only on the "Free" Subscrpition and that if I wanted to upgrade, I need to go through the procedure again. 

 

Also I cannot not cancel this subscription.

If you’re still only getting the Free service, you might have another account with us, and that may be the one you upgraded to Premium.
