Upgraded to family - can't add premium

Upgraded to family - can't add premium

I upgraded to the family plan and then found out that I can't add my two daughters because they already have premium? I'm currently paying for three premium accounts and wanted to switch to the family plan. Do they have to close their account? I really hate for them to lose all their playlists.

No they don't have to close their account and they won't lose their playlists. They will have to cancel their premium subscription and wait until they have dropped to the free plan before they can be added to your family plan.
