Upgraded to family, link won't allow new person to join

Hi I've upgraded my account to family. It won't allow me to join a member. Sent link through message. Link will not allow family member to join.

They need to sign in using their own login details. If they don't have an account yet, they can sign up on https://spotify.com/signup

Is the Family member seeing any error messages when trying to accept the invite?

Hi @Maxim
All the link does is open up a sign in account. I try to log in however it won't accept my details. Do they sign in under my user name....or create a new user profile? However won't they get charged under new user name.

So just to clarify... If they use new login details won't they get charged? My aim was to connect them to my account as one of my guests (upgraded to family premium)
