Upgraded to family premium and playlists disappeared

Upgraded to family premium and playlists disappeared

I have just discovered that all my playlists are gone! I had made a huge one specially for my wedding in june and now I cannot reach it!

The only change I did to my account was upgrade from premium to family premium!

can anyone help me with this issu?

If you're still having trouble, it's possible you're logged in on a second account. Can you let us know if you're logged in with the same username you subscribed on?
