Upgraded to premium but still getting charged for both subscriptions

Hi! I have been trying to figure out how to update my account to drop the 9.99 subscription but somehow have not been able to find it. My daughter had it but I paid. She is unsure how to get into her old account. What can we do to end the old subscription? I've been paying double for awhile ... thanks!

Hey @PickMe,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for them in your email account (and your daughter's). In it, the Spotify usernames you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
 
In there you can cancel if you want to, and delete your payment info.

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

I pay through PayPal and only get the PayPal recceipts.  I did see there was an option to email Spotify through them and gave it a try.  Crossing my fingers....  🙂
