Upgraded to premium still on free!

Upgraded to premium still on free!

Hi I just upgraded to premium yet still showing free account. Tried everything suggested!!! Uninstalled, changed password etc etc

If you could answer the questions below we can get a better idea of what's happening here and help. 


1. When you log into your account did you use an email address or your Spotify username?
2. Do you see all your playlists in the account?
3. Could you please attach a screenshot of what you currently see when you sign in?

Hi @maximapple, I used my user name as per receipt, I see all my playlists. How do I send a screenshot. When I log in I see everything as it was when I was free.

Seriously frustrated and annoyed. I've mailed support not reply.
