Upgraded to student premium still on free and charged twice

Upgraded to student premium still on free and charged twice

I upgraded to student premium today and all day stated it was free, I was charged twice ( which is no issue just let it roll onto next month. It kept saying "oops something went wrong" althought it charged me two times. I want to begin using it and be on my way.

Hey @user-removed,

 

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.
