Upgrading from premium to family

Hi. I'm paying for my daughters account and wanted to upgrade to family. However, I got this message:
"Sorry! You're already a member of this (or another) Family plan. Please click below to switch to the account that you want to join to the Family plan."

Anyone who know what to do?

Hi there @queenOFhåndball

 

All the members that join the Family Plan need to be on a Free subscription, this means that your daughter needs to cancel the Premium subscription to join the Family Plan
