Upgrading to Premium for Family after paying for one year

Hi all,   Here in Taiwan, I can choose to pay for 1 year at the price of 11 months. If I choose this plan, how will I be charged if I decide to upgrade to Premium for Family later?

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, your next payment date will be moved forward. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription you were on.

Wow , its taken me 10 minutes to get the answear I am looking for and still not satisfied. My question is two fold. At present I have premium and would like to upgrade to a family plan, but i dont want to pay for it monthly.Question is it available yearly and if so how much more is it to add to my premium plan?
