Upgrading to Student Account

I currently have premium and have been trying to get the student account. I know it's possible because Spotify has step-by-step instructions on how to do it, but even after logging out on all my accounts it keeps saying "Sorry, you cannot sign up for a student discount while being on Premium." and the option to put in where I go to collge isn't there. Can someone help?

I have the same issue, Im currently paying $10 monthly and I, aswell am trying to upgrade my account to "Student Spotfiy"
