Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Check your receipts page and make sure that the payment actually went through. If you don't see the payment and/or the account appears as free,  then consider checking if you have a second account, where you have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
