Used to have Spotify for free with Rogers, that ended and I signed up for Premium...lost playlists

Like the subject says, my 2 year promo through Rogers ended, I signed up for Spotify Premium and would like to know if there's a way to retrieve the playlists I used to have. Signed up using the same email address.
