My Question or Issue

 Why is it that when I use my Username to log on to spotify I come in to "my account", with all my playlists, no premium and there is a picture of my brother? (he also uses my account) Like he is the account owner?

But when I log on with my email (same as my username) all my playlists are gone and it says Im premium (as it should)? I also have to enter a new password everytime I try to log on with my email?

Not to worry - it sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.

You should then cancel you other account's subscription or close that account so you can use the other.
