Useless product?

I have been using spotify for years now and after logging in today i found that my playlists are gone and my payment info is gone and now its saying i have to start from the beginning. Is there any way to recover my information? Where did it go in the first place? Why is spotify so difficult to get an answer from? Several emails later and i am still with no answers. Help!

It's possible that you're logged in to a different account than what you used to log into. Can you try checking any Spotify email receipt and see if the username matches the one you're currently logged in to?
