Is there any way to make my account private? I would like to have my private playlists without everyone who searches in my profile seeing them. Is that possible?

In the desktop app or in the mobile app (right click the playlist) and there is an option to make a playist private or public.

 

Make sure the playlist is private and it won't show on your profile.
